About Me

Erin: I'm a wife, mother and animal lover. I discovered yoga in 2001 at a local community college. I thought it would be an easy physical education credit, but it turned out to be much more. I decided to share my passion and began taking certification classes through Yogafit and teaching in 2005. Yoga has taught me to honor my body and the world around me. No matter what kind of mood I'm in, I always feel better after I practice. Yoga will always be apart of my life. I encourage participants to let go of expectations and judgment in order to fulfill the mind/body experience. My classes focus on strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation for every age and any fitness level. I will always consider myself a student and am eager to continually grow in my own practice. I am currently taking STOTT Pilates certification courses at Bodycenter Studios in Seattle.
