Barefoot Cardio!

I love teaching yoga, but I wanted something else...I was introduced to willPower & Grace, I like to call it Will & Grace:]. It's full of fundamental movements like squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, but it also has great balancing and twisting poses. It's an intense, full body workout and I love it! The hour long class flies by in what feels like 10 minutes, but trust me when I say you get a great workout. I'm a sweaty betty by the end. Here is a great article on willPower & Grace.
